Right now all Im feeding my toads are crickets. I may start feeding it other things too, such as wax worms, or some kind of worm.
The store told me to feed them 4 crickets per day, but I only feed it 2 or 3 ever other day.
Before feeding, I do use that cricket dust to feed the crickets, and I do gut load them. All you have to do for that is put some cricket dust on the food you feed to the crickets, such as an apple slice.

Im pretty sure its a female toad. Dosnt have the thumb thing, and dosnt male noise. It cost 11$ too. I hope to add 2 more, prefably males, in the future.

A while back I had added another toad . I have no idea wether or not its a male or felmale. All I know is that the two toads sit in opposite sides of the tank, and one is more of a dark green than the normal bright green. Im sure this is because of where it stays. Its trying to blend in with the java moss, while the other blends in with the ricci.
The mangroves are doing great. They are all on there second set of leaves already! |
